My three-step coaching model – a simple explanation

If you are ready to start your journey – this is what my simple three-step process is:
Step One – Get Unstuck: Uncover the root of what's holding you back and gain insights into your current situation, leading to transformative breakthroughs. This is a half day or 2 online sessions totally around 4 hours, with a follow up session of a further hour 10-14 days later. There is some self-directed learning involved.
Step Two – Get Change: Take advantage of the 6 or 12 session coaching program to address obstacles, harmful habits, and limiting beliefs, and gain strategies to manage challenges effectively. These might come up during the first session, and may need more intensive coaching, which we would discuss.
Step Three – Get Control: For continued support and guidance, opt for ongoing monthly sessions and access to my diary for additional support when needed. This is limited to 6 clients at any time, this ensures your VIP access to my diary.
